We are responsible for our products. If  you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you an option to return a product within  07 calendar days from delivery to get refund . If you have any problem with your order, we will be happy to refund the amount.

THE RETURN PROCESS 

To return your order, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to my orders
  • Click on return
  • Select the items that you want to return

You will get a refund once your order is picked up and a quality check will be performed by us.

If it happens that a product you have ordered is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective or if order delivered different from what you have ordered, you may return the product unused and in the same condition as you had received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, accessories & with original invoice for an exchange within 07 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please report the defective or damaged product within 24 hours of delivery via email on sales@yudare.in. You must be attached image of the product clearly highlighting the defect or damage. We will change the product or can offer full refund, if product is unused.

We shall process the return subject to receipt of the product at our location in unused condition, in its original packaging along with original tags, labels, accessories and original invoice, failing in fulfilling any of the mentioned terms & conditions would not be liable for any return or refund. Customer will have to bear shipping cost in every return or exchange.

Any returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept or process return/exchange/refund, which are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.

There are certain scenarios, where it is difficult to return the item:

  • Return request is made outside the specified timeframe
  • Item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed
  • Altered item can not be returned
  • Product is damaged because of use

Any returned item received by us does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Once the return request has been made, we request our logistics partner to arrange a pickup from you. They will be in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please pack the item properly and hand over to our courier partner along with the invoice.

In the case of ‘pickup service is not available’ then send it by any genuine courier service.

In the case of self-ship, courier charges will be reimbursed. For this, please contact customer care service.

The product once received by us, will undergoes a quality check, which takes up to 48 hours. As soon as the product passes the inspection, a refund is processed.

 

REFUNDS

In case of pre-paid returns, the amount will be credited into your account within   3-5 working days after the product has passed the quality check process. However in the case of COD returns, the refund will be deposited in your bank account, account details will be provided by you on our email id: sales@yudare.in

Orders placed with credit/debit card, net banking, refunds will be done through payment gateway. (The refunds will be initiated after returned item has passed the quality check). It normally takes 3 to 5 working days for refunds to reflect into your account, which is completely depending on your bank.

In case of refund of payment paid via credit/debit card, the respective credit/debit card account will have the payment credited back in the same credit/debit card and also for net banking, which was used to pay at the time of original ordering. Please further note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the company shall not be responsible in case of wrong information has been provided to it.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any delay in your credit/debit card account getting credited back as it is managed by your respective credit/debit card issuing bank.
